First 3 businesses: I build your first workflow free

AI employees for
small businesses.

You're on a job when the phone rings. You can't pick up, so that customer calls somebody else. Tonight you'll do invoices at the kitchen table. There's just more work than there are hours — and the jobs that repeat are the first to slip.

The problem

You're not losing work because you're bad at it.

You're losing it because there's more work than there are hours. It costs you twice — your evenings, and the jobs you never hear about:

Every one of those happens over and over, the same way every time. That's exactly the kind of work AI is good at.

What it is

What is an "AI employee"?

It's software that does one job for you, the same way every time. You tell it how you want things handled. It follows your rules. It works nights, weekends, and holidays. It doesn't quit, and it costs a small fraction of a person.

It is not a robot that replaces your team. It takes the repeat work off their plate so they can do the work only people can do — the job itself, and the customer in front of them.

The roster

Positions you can fill this month.

Receptionist
Answers every call, 24/7. Books the appointment. Nobody gets sent to voicemail again.
Lead follow-up rep
Texts a new inquiry within 60 seconds. Keeps checking back with the ones who go quiet.
Quoting assistant
Turns a phone call or a web form into a finished quote — sent the same day, not next week.
Billing clerk
Creates and sends your invoices. Then politely chases the ones that don't get paid.
Scheduler
Confirms appointments, handles the reschedules, and cuts your no-shows way down.
Review chaser
Asks for a Google review after every finished job. Quick to set up, and it compounds.

This is a starting list, not the whole list. Most businesses have one or two repeat jobs nobody else would think of. Those are usually the best ones to fix first.

How it works

Three steps. It starts with one call.

  1. 01
We map your business — 30 minutes on Zoom
We walk through your week and write down every job that gets done the same way over and over. How a call gets answered. How a quote goes out. How you get paid. How a customer gets reminded. You do the talking. I do the writing.
  2. 02
We find the ones costing you the most
Not every task is worth automating. We rank your list by two things: hours your team loses, and money that walks out the door. Usually two or three jobs account for most of the pain. Those are the ones we go after.
  3. 03
You get a plan you can actually use
The right tools, in the right order, with what each one costs and what it saves. Written in plain English. You keep the plan whether or not you work with me — and if the honest answer is "AI won't help here," I'll tell you that too.
The offer

For the first 3 businesses, I build the first one free.

Not a demo. Not a trial you have to cancel. A real, working AI employee set up inside your business, doing a real job, that you keep.

I'm doing this because I'm building this practice for small businesses, and I'd rather have three real results than a hundred slides.

What you give
Honest feedback — including if it doesn't work. And if it does work, an introduction to one other owner who needs it.
What you get
The full map of your repeat work, the priority list, and one workflow built and running. Yours to keep either way.
Fit

Is this you?

A good fit if
  • The same jobs come around every week, and you do them by hand
  • Work slips through the cracks when you get busy
  • Customers wait days for a quote or an answer
  • You're chasing unpaid invoices yourself
  • Missed calls and no-shows cost you real money
  • You'd hire help if you could find and afford it
Probably not yet if
  • You handle only a handful of jobs or customers a month
  • Every job is different, with nothing that repeats
  • You want AI because it sounds modern, not because something hurts
  • Nobody on your side has 30 minutes to walk me through the work

Chaminda Delpagodage
Founder, Sound AI Advisors

I lead AI adoption at a 30-person financial services company — I own the rollout, not just the guardrails. (I also run the company's technology and cybersecurity.) Over the last two years I built AI assistants there that now do the work of about seven full-time people. Customer questions that used to take two weeks to answer now take a day. Support requests that took an hour to sort and route now take five minutes.

I learned this in a business where every step gets audited — banks, card networks, and regulators all check the work. If AI can be trusted there, it can be trusted to be trusted with the everyday work in your business.

Before that: 20+ years in technology, including PayPal, where I built engineering and cybersecurity teams from scratch. Now I want to bring the same thing to small businesses, where the time saved matters most.

Next step

Book the 30-minute call.

It's free, and there's no pitch waiting at the end. You'll leave the call with a list of the repeat work in your business and which pieces are worth fixing first — whether you hire me or not.
